Multi Development UK Ltd was awarded one of the most prestigious awards in the shopping center industry, recognizing the development of the £400-million Victoria Square scheme in Belfast. The British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC) awarded Victoria Square Belfast as In-Town Retail Scheme of the Year at their Annual Gold Awards ceremony in London.

The exclusive Gold Awards seek to recognize the ever-increasing standards of excellence in the retail property industry and at the same time pay tribute to the developers' response to the complex challenges presented by today's urban agenda.
