VastNed Offices/Industrial concluded a ten year lease agreement for its 41 Riviumboulevard office premises in Capelle a/d IJssel (Rotterdam area). The premises are let against an annual rent of EUR 544.000 for its 4.820 sqm GLA.
The lettable area is being divided in 3.568 sqm office space and 1.252 sqm industrial space. The rental level of the office part is EUR 120 per sqm and for the industrial part EUR 57 per sqm. The 90 parking spaces are let for EUR 500 each. Tenant is Imtech ICT Communication Solutions, subsidiary of the Euronext listed company Imtech. The new premises are suitable for the further growth and development of the Imtech organisation. Due to the multifunctional character of the premises all functions for the Rotterdam region can be concentrated in one building.
