Vasakronan buys office building in Sundbyberg for SEK 468 million (SE)

Vasakronan has bought the 12,000 m² Black Building in central Sundbyberg from IVG Institutional Funds for SEK 468 million (approx. €55 mln).


Black Building is located 150 meters from the Sundbyberg station, one of the major transportation hubs in Sweden. The building was constructed in 2009 and is fully leased on a long-term contract to Svenska Kraftnät.

Vasakronan owns two properties in the area, Crown 1 and Plant 4, which are both located near Black Building.


Jones Lang Lasalle was an advisor to the seller IVG. IVG bought the property from Skanska for SEK 400 million in 2009.
