Vallehermoso SA will acquire real estate company Prosacyr for EUR 115 mln. Prosacyr belongs to construction company Sacyr, which owns 23.5% of Vallehermoso.
The transaction would not dilute VallehermosoÂ's cashflow or profits. Prosacyr should report profits of EUR 10.1 mln in 2002 and EUR 22 mln in 2003.
