Valad, the European multi-let real estate investment manager, has let a total of 7,333 m² of industrial space to two new tenants at Böttcherhof 2, Hamburg Billbrook, on behalf of its V+ Germany fund.

Inline XXL Express GmbH, a logistics and courier company, signed a new five year lease on 3,665 m² of predominantly warehouse space, while another new logistics tenant has signed a five year lease on 3,668 m² of space. They will join Still GmbH, the leading provider of logistics solutions, who are an existing tenant at the site.

Böttcherhof 2 is a 37,750-m² multi-let industrial property occupying a prime industrial location, close to the main port in the Billbrook area of Hamburg.

Klaus Kortebein, Valad's Head of Germany, commented: "These two new lettings demonstrate continuing strong demand for industrial space in good industrial locations like Hamburg Billbrook.

"This is an important location for Valad, where we have a large amount of space, totaling 180,000 m². We look forward to building on this success by securing more new tenants at Böttcherhof 2."

The V+ Germany fund is a mixed commercial property fund focused on strong, established, non-CBD markets in Germany.

Valad manages more than 230,000 m² of property in Region North, Germany. With offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin, Valad's team of 30 manages over 1.4 million m² of space in Germany across four of its 15 funds, including the V+ Germany fund.

Valad was advised on the lettings by Jacobi Immobilien KG, Hamburg and BNP Paribas, Hamburg.
