Valad lets 3,500 m² to TransFargo at Ringpärmen 2, Bredden (SE)

Valad, the European multi-let real estate investment manager, has let 3,493 m² of industrial and office space at Ringpärmen 2, in Bredden, Sollentuna to Swedish logistics and transport firm TransFargo. The lease was agreed for a term of three years on behalf of Valad's V+ Nordic 2 fund.

Ringpärmen 2 is an industrial unit in the Bredden industrial area of Sollentuna. Close to the E4 motorway, the property is strategically located between Stockholm city and the Arlanda international airport. Following this latest letting, 350 m² of office space remains available to let at the property.

V+ Nordic 2 is a mixed commercial property fund investing in high yielding, good quality secondary office and industrial assets located across the four main Nordic economies.

Valad manages approximately €1 billion of assets in the Nordic region, comprising 200 properties and almost 2,000 tenants, managed by teams in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. In Sweden, Valad's team of 26 people operates out of offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Växjö and Malmö.
