VAILOG has successfully completed a new cross-dock distribution platform in the Port of Paris (Bonneuil-sur-Marne), just 12 km from Paris' first ring-road. The new distribution platform is entirely leased to GEODIS BM.
With this new construction, VAILOG reaches 100,000 m² of new distribution spaces built for the SNCF GEODIS Group in Europe.
With a total GLA of 20,300 m², the distribution center allows multi-modal transportation: road, rail and fluvial. It benefits from a 300-m long truck court and 600 m of rail dock.
VAILOG was assisted by VIRTUO INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY, specialized in warehouse development management, and by CB Richard Ellis who acted as real estate agent in the transaction.
