Inmobiliaria Urbis SA said net profit grew to € 88.27 million in the nine months to September 30 from € 67.26 million a year earlier, beating forecasts for € 85.6 million.
In a statement, Urbis said total sales grew from € 511.14 million to € 590.82 million, while its gross margin improved from € 149.93 million to € 193.15 million.
The property company said its existing land bank guarantees growth and increased market share until 2008.
