Urbis expects to increase its profits by 12 per cent in 2004 (ES)

Urbis real estate company, with the holding of ACS and Banesto, obtained in 2003 a 91,56 million euro net profit. It expects to grow over 102,5 million euros in 2004: it means more than 12 per cent.

At the end of the last year, its assets were valued in 3.280,86 million euros, with a reassessment of the company of 27 per cent in relation to last year.

According to the company, all of its business arms will contribute to that increase. Its incomes from its assets renting will go up by two or four per cent, and incomes from housing and soil sales, by 10 or 15 per cent.
