Unofi Assurances acquires the Atria building in Paris from GDG Investissements (FR)

GDG Investissements sold the ATRIA property located at 30bis - 32, rue de Paradis in the 10th district of Paris to UNOFI Assurances, advised by B&C Asset Management.


This new property completed in 2012 used to house the Baccarat Museum, then the Pinacoteca Museum.

The asset has been fully refurbished, incorporating the latest environmental standards (HQE, BBC, BREEAM) and comprises around 5,000 m².


ATRIA is fully leased to a first-rate tenant from the consumer goods industry under a long-term lease. The property was sold for a gross price of €45 million.


The Notary SCP Oury Narbey Fontaine Martin assisted both parties.


The transaction was carried out by Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets department within the framework of an instruction with BNP Real Estate and CBRE.
