ROTHSCHILD & CIE BANQUE has selected Capital 8, a new major office complex located in the heart of Paris 8, for its headquarters. The 10-year firm lease covering 15,500 m² completes the letting of the first phase of Capital 8, only six months after its delivery. The second phase of Capital 8 covering 46,000 m² is scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2006.
Besides, Unibail has signed an agreement with MARSH, the world's leading risk and insurance services firm, for the letting of 14,500 m² in Tour Ariane in La Défense. According to this agreement, 80% of this surface area should be let on a 12-year firm lease and the balance on a minimum 6-year firm lease. Furthermore, an option for the letting of additional surfaces in Tour Ariane has been granted to MARSH.
Located at the very heart of La Défense, Tour Ariane encompasses a total surface of 56,500 m². It is currently under complete restructuring in order to offer an exceptional level of comfort and efficency.
