Docks 76 shopping center is at the heart of a true urban renewal on Rouen's westside.
The former docklands along the Seine river have been revitalized to create new homes, offices and major leisure center in the former warehouses. This is a new concept in fun shopping combined with leisure designed by the architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte.
