Unibail-Rodamco invites 2 new members to join its supervisory board (FR/NL)

Unibail-Rodamco has announced that it has successfully completed a search for the two remaining members of its Supervisory Board. Accordingly, the Company intends to propose to the AGM, in April 2008, to appoint Mrs. Mary Harris and Mr. Alec Pelmore to its Supervisory Board.

Mrs. Mary Harris (British; 41): Before obtaining her MBA at Harvard Business School (1992-1994), Mrs. Harris worked for the Maxwell Entertainment Group (private equity and venture capital projects) and Pepsico Inc. (sales & marketing executive in the UK and Greece). For the subsequent 12 years, she was associated with McKinsey & Cie, first as consultant in their London, Beijing and Singapore offices and during the last seven years as Partner in their Singapore and Amsterdam offices. While at McKinsey, her activities focused on consumer and retail clients where she was active in McKinsey's worldwide retail practice. Mrs. Mary Harris, who resides in the Netherlands, holds non-executive directorships at TNT.N.V. (Netherlands) as well as at J. SAINSBURY Plc (UK).

Mr. Alec Pelmore (British; 53): After an actuarial training with an international life insurance company, Mr. Pelmore specialized in property and real estate research, analysis and advice. He spent most of his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (1990 - 1997) and at Merrill Lynch (1997 - 2007), where - until recently - he held the position of Managing Director Property & Real Estate and Securities Research. Throughout his career, Mr. Pelmore has been recognized as a thought leader in his relations with commercial property companies, investors, bankers as well as the commercial property market at large. As such, he and the colleagues working with him were recognized as the top rated team in the London City for European real estate shares from 1994 - 2007; only coming in second in 2000.
Mr. Alec Pelmore resides in the United Kingdom.
