The City of Levallois (92 Hauts-de-Seine), has selected Unibail to acquire and develop a commercial property complex located in the Eiffel district, adjacent to Paris.
The project will develop a total surface of 85,000 m² of offices and retail space. This project, subject to the usual administrative authorisation and conditions precedent, should be delivered before 2010. Total investment should amount to approximately 386 million.
Believing in the strong potential of the Eiffel district, Unibail had already acquired the Courcellor 1 office building in April 2005 which is entirely let to Gaz de France, for an amount of 43 million (transfer tax included).
