Land Securities has revealed the signing of a cluster of new brands as well as securing deals with big retailers taking additional space in Trinity Leeds, the UK's only major retail-led and leisure development, which opens in spring 2013.

Trinity Leeds is a unique position a year ahead of opening with the scheme 66% pre-let and in solicitors' hands and welcomes brands Fossil, Pandora and Swarovski all new to Leeds.
The Perfume Shop, Café Rouge and Giraffe have also signed up with the project and will be joining the extensive list of brands for Trinity Leeds, which includes Mango, Cult, Hollister, Topshop/ Topman, H&M, Next, M&S, Warehouse, Oasis and River Island.
At the same time, fashion retailer Primark is taking an additional 17,000 ft² (approx. 1,500 m²) gross space in the center to bring its store to 107,000 ft² gross space as another major fashion anchor for the scheme.

Trinity Leeds is set to boost Leeds from the seventh to fourth position in the retail spend rankings just behind London, Glasgow and Birmingham.
On opening, the city center destination will change the night time economy with a vibrant mix of catering and leisure, ranging from Everyman Cinema, Conran Restaurants to a broad appeal of new restaurants including Café Rouge, Giraffe, Handmade Burger, Yo Sushi and Carluccio's.
Central Retail, Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle are the retail leasing agents for Trinity Leeds. Shelley Sandzer is instructed on the food and leisure for the project.
