Space in the two buildings of Bonarka 4 Business is almost all gone.

The advantages of Bonarka 4 Business (developed jointly by TriGranit Development Corporation and IPR) have already been recognized by such major companies as Alexander Mann Solutions, a leading provider of outsourcing services that has relocated its offices to Building A, and by Fitness Center Pure, that has opened its premises in Building B comprising a fitness room, exercise room, and a swimming pool on 1,850 m².

Space in the two buildings of Bonarka 4 Business has been leased at nearly 100% by Jones Lang LaSalle, who has been B4B's leasing agent.

"TriGranit has been active on the Polish property market since 2005. Apart from Bonarka City Center, the company's investments in Poland include the Silesia City Center and Oak Terraces in Katowice, and investments in Bydgoszcz and Poznan are currently under development. Our investment in Poland exceeds €600 million and the total development area is over 400,000 m².

"I'm happy to officially open Bonarka 4 Business, which is clearly one of the best office space premises in Krakow that meets the highest European standard," comments Simon Bayley, Chief Development Officer, TriGranit Development Corporation.

The B4B project comprises four stand-alone, class-A office buildings set in a unique urban environment. Modern architectural, technical, and functional solutions used in the project shall provide complete flexibility in arranging their interiors and a perfect working environment.

The office complex comprises 32,000 m² of office space in the buildings, ranging from 7,650 to 8,650 m².

The B4B also means a unique location next to the key access routes in Krakow and the Bonarka Railway Station, thus providing very convenient connections: it takes 5 minutes to get to the main inner-city artery of Krakow and Rondo Mateczny, 10 minutes to the Main Square and Wawel Castle, and also 10 minutes to the Krakow Ring Road and A4 motorway. The B4B project was designed by the Krakow-based Biuro Architektoniczne Artur Jasiñski i Wspólnicy.

"Bonarka 4 Business offers everything that modern companies expect from an office building; it ensures a convenient access, high comfort of work, safe working environment for the staff, and a prestigious location. We haven't had such space in Krakow yet; I'm convinced that the project will become a spectacular market success," says Tomasz Lisiecki, Managing Director at TriGranit Poland.
