TriGranit opens Millennium Tower II and II in Budapest (HU)

Lorant Varga, CEO of TriGranit Development Corporation, has officially opened the 20,000-m² Millennium Tower II and III office buildings located on the East bank of the River Danube in Budapest, Hungary. The 'A' class office buildings, a total investment of €64 million, were built in 18 months. They were 40% pre-leased during construction, increasing to 60% by the time of opening.

The following developments have taken place on the 5.5 hectares of land known as the 'Millennium City Centre' so far: the National Theatre and Palace of Arts, both important cultural buildings, the luxury 'Duna-Pest Residences project, as well as Millennium Towers I, II and III office buildings, which have a combined total area of around 60,000 m².
