As part of its endeavor to actively pursue new property/facility management and leasing mandates, TGM has established a new company in the United Arab Emirates, TGM Consultants (Dubai) FZ LLC. The number of countries within the TGM network thus grows to 14.

In the last 12 months, the company entered the Romanian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Armenian and Chinese markets. TriGranit is probably the first European-style real estate consultancy firm doing business in the Caucasus-region. TGM will open the second mall in Yerevan in 1Q 2014, tapping a market that has a huge growth potential. Additionally, TriGranit Management is now also active in China, taking on projects there in a number of cities.
