Multi Development UK Ltd has announced that Topshop THE fashion destination on the British & Irish high streets have taken a store in their £320 million Victoria Square development in Belfast's city centre. Topshop in Victoria Square will be the fashion brand's largest flagship mega store in Ireland.

At ca. 40,000 sq ft, Topshop will be the second largest store in Victoria Square (after House of Fraser) and will anchor the William Street South link to the scheme. Topshop is considered one of fashion's major success stories with over 309 fashion stores in the UK and Ireland, including the world's largest fashion store at Oxford Circus, which attracts over 200,000 shoppers each week.
Selling an average of 30 pairs of knickers a minute, 6,000 pairs of jeans a day and 35,000 pairs of shoes every week, it is an unrivalled, iconic brand. Blending cutting edge style with purse-friendly prices, the Topshop customer will be able to find their weekly fashion fix at Victoria Square. Topshop attracts men and women from their teens to the 40s searching for a weekly fashion fix.
Topshop will relocate from their existing premises on Donegall Place in Belfast and will more than double their current presence in Belfast with the two-level shop at Victoria Square.

Topshop will compliment the up-market retail mix on the lower ground floor, which houses high end fashion stores like Cruise, Reiss, L K Bennett and All Saints as well as sitting comfortably with high street retailers on the upper ground floor like H&M, Urban Outfitters, Billabong and River Island." Victoria Square will open in March 2008.
