Topland Group has acquired two office buildings in Taunton, totaling 63,500 ft² (approx. 5,899 m²), both of which are let to the Government until March 2016.
Situated in Taunton town centre, Riverside Chambers and Wood Field House were completed in 1991, were bought from a private client of BCM. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Mark Kingston, Co-Managing Director of Topland Group said: "This acquisition together with our recent acquisition in Solihull further demonstrates our belief that there is value in shorter income deals in good buildings which have good fundamentals. We continue to be very active in pursuing acquisitions where there are active asset management opportunities".
