Topland Group, one of the largest privately owned international investment groups is pleased to announce the purchase of the stunning Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath.
The Grade I-listed exclusive hotel is steeped in history and is one of the world's most widely recognized architectural landmarks. The hotel, located in the heart of the Crescent is the epitome of elegance and has a reputation as one of the world's finest, providing fine hospitality in an unrivalled setting. It offers 29 individually appointed bedrooms together with 16 suites and the luxury Bath Spa House.
Topland has acquired the hotel from the Administrators of von Essen. Topland will be appointing Vision Asset Management Limited, to manage the operations of the hotel on its behalf.
