The international retailer Tommy Hilfiger signed a lease agreement for the 255 m² premises in the center of Moscow, at Kuznetsky Most, 7 and will open its first Tommy Hilfiger flagship store on August, 1st. Jones Lang LaSalle is the consultant of the transaction.
The new store is located in a historical building on Kuznetsky Most – one of the city’s most prestigious shopping boulevards which houses an elite mix of upscale and luxury retailers. The store will offer the latest selection of Tommy Hilfiger collections, including men’s and women’s runway, sportswear, tailored, footwear and accessories.
Tommy Hilfiger said: “I am very excited to open our first freestanding store in Moscow. Kuznetsky Most seems to be one of the most renowned shopping destinations, close to the Kremlin, Red Square and Bolshoi Theatre. It is the ideal location to highlight our brand’s loyalty to the mix of classic influences with a modern twist. Our new store has a sophisticated and relaxed style, and it perfectly reflects the preppy tradition and youthful spirit at the heart of our brand.”
