The Vallehermoso Group has acquired a 1,793 m2 plot of land in the Paseo de la Cuba, 23 in Albacete and has planned to invest 4.5 million euros in the development of a building with approximately 21 dwellings.
The plot of land is located in the most consolidated residential area of the Paseo de la Cuba. The main faÃ§ade faces the landscaped boulevard of the avenue, near the Renfe railway station.
The area also enjoys sporting facilities, shops and schools. This avenue represents one of the new growth areas of the city of Albacete and connects the Campollano industrial estate and the end of Parque Lineal.
With this investment, Vallehermoso wishes to boost the initiative started over a year ago when it invested almost 11 million euros in two dwelling developments in Albacete: one on the CapitÃ¡n CortÃ©s street in the city centre and called 'El Alto de los Molinos', and another 8,226 m2 in the Paseo de la Cuba adjacent to Sector 1 of the Urban Development Plan (PGOU) and planned for developing 70 dwellings and garage, box rooms and landscaped areas. Then, another commitment was made to continue investing in real estate in the same area with close to 6 million euros in the development (currently on sale) of 29 houses.
