The European Property Federation (EPF) has announced the Norwegian Property Federation (NPF) as a member.
Norsk Eiendom (Norwegian Property Federation NPF) is the association of leading commercial real estate businesses in Norway, and is also a member of the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry. NPF members are large and small real estate investment and development companies
Stein Olaf Onarheim and Thor Olaf Askjer, Chairman and President of the Norwegian Property Federation (NPF) said "EU regulation now has a big impact on real estate and most of it becomes Norwegian law. Through our membership of EPF, we look forward to participating in the EU policy process while it is still possible to shape events."
John Frederiksen, Joseph Houlihan and Michael MacBrien, President, Chairman of the Managing Committee and Director General of EPF said "NPF has 120 members including all the biggest property investment and development companies owning and managing 30 million m² of commercial property. EPF now completes its already vast Nordic membership.
