The EQT Real Estate acquires mixed-use property in central Stockholm (SE)

The EQT Real Estate I fund has acquired a mixed-use asset comprising both a school and office space in Stockholm, Sweden. The property is located at 12 Tullgårdsgatan on the Södermalm island. The seller is an affiliate of the Swedish insurance company Folksam.

 

Built in 1981, the property comprises 9,100 m² of office and education space and 34 garage parking spaces. It benefits from a close proximity to key Metro lines.
