The biggest logistics park in Poland managed by Colliers International (PL)

Colliers' Property Management Department was chosen by Europolis Real Estate Asset Management to manage Poland Central logistics & business park in Wola Bykowska.

The logistics & business center has been designed to become a European distribution hub which will serve regional cities in Poland as well as Central & Eastern Europe. The site has a total area of 120 ha. and will provide lettable space in excess of 500,000 m² over the next 5-7 years, when fully developed. The first building, totaling 43,200 m², was delivered in August 2007.

"We are proud that Colliers was selected as the winner of the tender process. This is the second warehouse project under our management, and we are going to specialize in this sector going forward. We see great opportunities in the industrial and logistics market and expect increases in demand for these type of services. Currently Colliers' Property Management Department looks after almost 70,000 m² of warehouse space, and we employ an experienced team of managers," adds Rajska-Woliñska.

The park is situated at the geographical center of Poland, and providing a strategically efficient location for major logistic and light industrial uses. The main entrance to the park is located on the National Road 91 (connecting Piotrków Trybunalski and Lódz).
It is 0.2 km from the existing stretch of the A1 motorway that will connect Gdañsk with Southern Europe, and only 1.4 km to the dual carriageway connecting Warsaw and the Slàsk industrial region.
