A confidential client is leasing 2,386 m² of office space for the entire fourth floor of the property located at 5, rue Heienhaff in Luxembourg.
Since December 2010, ACL GmbH has completed five lettings totaling 5,000 m² equating to 10% of the entire market take-up for the second quarter. Tenants at the building now include Aerodynamics S.A., Tricap Administration (Luxembourg) S.A., Lux Kapitalmarkt Management AG, Rosalia AG, Schroder Investment Management (Luxembourg) S.A. and One Tree Technologies.
The ACL is a highly specified modern air-conditioned office building providing 18,000 m² of office space to 11 tenants and floorplates of 2,400 m² with office units divisible from 100 m².
Fund Manager of Airport Center Luxembourg, Eddy Sandorffy, commented: "The letting success of the ACL is as a result of our close working relationship with existing and potential tenants as well as with the local brokerage community.
"Due to the combination of our financial, commercial and technical expertise, we are able to respond quickly and decisively to tenant requirements to agree terms which will increase returns and maximize value for our investors.
"This deal has been completed in the context of an extremely competitive office market. We remain on target to fully occupy the building by the end of the year."
Batiment BV is the asset manager for the property whilst agents Property Partners S.A. and Jones Lang LaSalle advised on the letting.
