ACL GmbH, the owner of the Airport Center Luxembourg (ACL) office building announces one of the largest Luxembourg letting deals of 2010 in its letting of 2,052 m² of office space representing the entire top floor of the building to Rosalia AG and its affiliated companies.
A further three small office units have been let to firms Aerodynamics S.A., Tricap Administration (Luxembourg) S.A. and Lux Kapitalmarkt Management AG respectively in the fourth quarter of 2010.
Rosalia AG, a private equity company, has signed a nine-year fixed term lease at market rents and intends to move into the office building in mid-2011.
Located directly adjacent to the Luxembourg Airport and situated only 10 minutes from the city center, the ACL provides 18,000 m² of office space for 10 tenants including Schroder Investment Management (Luxembourg) S.A., EUROHYPO Europaische Hypothekenbank S.A., and One Tree Technologies.
The ACL is a modern air-conditioned office building providing floorplates of 2,400 m² and with office units divisible from 100 m².
Asset Manager of Airport Center Luxembourg, Eddy Sandorffy, commented: "The letting success of the ACL is driven by its high specification, premier location, ample parking and its 50% costs savings compared with similar buildings in the city center. We aim to fully occupy the building by the end of the year."
Arthur Loyd advised on the lettings to Rosalia AG and Lux Kapitalmarkt Management AG while Jones Lang LaSalle advised on the lettings to Aerodynamics S.A. and Tricap Administration (Luxembourg) S.A.
