TH Real Estate and Palmira Capital Partners acquire two logistics center (DE)

TH Real Estate and Palmira Capital Partners have acquired two recently developed logistics centres, one located in Mamming near Munich, and the other in Lehre near Wolfsburg.
With a combined lettable floor area of 40,000 m² both assets have been acquired on behalf of the club fund ICF GLOG (Investoren-Club-Fonds German Logistics), from Itzehoe domiciled company - May & Co. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
The larger asset in Mamming is located adjacent to the B92 federal route and the A3 motorway, in close proximity to the main BMW plant in Dingolfing. The property in Lehre is located close to the VW plant in Wolfsburg. Both assets were completed in 2014.
The investment fund Investoren-Club-Fonds German Logistics (ICF GLOG) is an investor club that was initiated by Institutional Investment Partners (2IP). TH Real Estate and Palmira Capital Partners are exclusive asset managers. It targets assets across Germany, where the investment criteria - regions with gateway functions, sustainable future prospects, etc - can be met. It focuses on generating stable long-term income streams, and on ensuring a high degree of risk control.
