TCN Property Projects Portugal and its project partner have sold Aveiro Retail Park to Doric. Doric is part of the network of the British Land Company PLC.
Aveiro Retail Park is located on the metropolitan area of Aveiro, the 5th City in Portugal, with a catchments area of 400.000 people on a 30 minutes. The Retail Park has 23.746 m² of GLA, with 1,000 parking places. Aveiro Retail Park was inaugurated on June 2003. The tenant mix comprehends retailers such as AKI, Staples, TOYS'R'US and Decathlon.
This project was the first project of the Retail Park roll out. The second project (Portimão Retail Park) will be sold later this month to Doric as well. Other retail initiatives are in Guarda and Seixal.
