TCN Property Projecs has taken over the parkmanagement activities of the construction company Dura Vermeer Groep NV. This takeover makes TCN the Dutch market leader in parkmanagement. Dura Vermeer will concentrate on their main activity, construction.
TCN wants to play an important role at the revitalising of business parks. By the takeover, 18 company areas are added to the existing management activities portfolio. Also a joint operating agreement has been signed between Dura Vermeer and TCN for interpretation of parts of park management.
