On November 19 last year, TCN Property Projects and Dynamis ABC signed a letter of intent to come to a bundling of their management activities. However the recently concluded due diligence research shows that there will be less possibilities for synergies than was expected beforehand. Also the changing market circumstances play a part in this.
In good consultation both parties have decided to end the negotiations and to further build their management activities on their own.
