TCN Property Project has announced that the company is the new owner of the Oudlaen office buildings in Utrecht as from August 4, 2006. The offices are located in the Tuindorp neighborhood and offer approximately 13,500 m² of office space.
The complex houses approximately twenty health related companies. TCN intends to strengthen the connection between these agencies by active management, so that they can benefit from each others knowledge and network. In addition, TCN will modernize the buildings as well as their interior.
