TCN Property Projects Germany, established in Düsseldorf, has acquired Hannover Trade Mart from Falk Gruppe, based in Munich, as from 1 July 2006. The 39,000 m² complex, that was initially opened in 1979, consists of a fashion center as well as a business center.
Hannover Trade Mart is the largest fashion center combining middle and high segment sports, fashion, shoe and accessory stores in the Hannover region. International brands such as Asics, Cecil, Esprit Sport, Garcia, Jack Wolfskin, Mustang, O'Neill, One Touch, Puma, StreetOne and Tom Tailor, as well as some 250 other sports and fashion brands are represented in the Hannover Trade Mart, that TCN previously had under management.
The acquisition of Hannover Trade Mart fits perfectly in TCN's strategy to create a pan-European network of professional Trade Marts.
