Targareal Consulting GmbH, Frankfurt, has agreed with Edeka Handelsgesellschaft Südwest GmbH the early renewal of the lease for the food store in Karlsruhe's Weiherhof Center until October 2024.
Targareal has been responsible for asset management of the Weiherhof Center since 2009. Following the lease renewal, Targareal will also carry out comprehensive refurbishment and modernization work on behalf of the owner, e.g. on the lighting system, the floor of the underground parking garage, and the gardens.
The fully leased Weiherhof Center at Marstallstrasse 18 in the Durlach district has leasable space of around 10,700 m². In addition to the food store, which occupies around 7,500 m² of retail space, it also houses two doctors' surgeries and 47 high-quality residential apartments.
