Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, Hamburg, has appointed Tania Concejo Bontemps to the management of its French subsidiary, with effect from May 16, 2011.

In the function of General Manager she will run Union Investment Real Estate France SAS in Paris at the side of Ms. Dominique Dudan, President of the Management Board.
Tania Concejo Bontemps comes from the international real-estate group Renta Corporacion, which is registered in Barcelona, where she bore responsibility for real-estate asset management since 2003 as General Manager of the branches in Paris, London and Berlin. As the Head of asset management Tania Concejo Bontemps, who has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, will be responsible for the management of Union Investment's fund properties in France.
Union Investment has been represented by its own team on the French market since January 1, 2011. With real estate assets of around 2.7 billion, France, along with Germany and Great Britain, belongs to the most important investment markets for the real-estate investment company.
