AXI IMMO has acted as agent in a lease contract for the company Tajfun a group of fruit and vegetables producers. The company has leased almost 5,000 m² of space in Europolis Park Blonie, close to Warsaw.

Thanks to the transaction, AXI IMMO has increased the volume of space leased in the Warsaw region to 24,000 m². The last lease contract was concluded by Apreo Logistics for 6,000 m².
The first half of the year has been a very successful for AXI IMMO. In several months, the company has acted as agent in concluding several, big lease contracts. The total volume of transactions is 90,000 m² of storage and office space; the good results of the early months of the firm's operations under a new name, give way to optimism for next quarters. The number of transactions concluded by AXI IMMO and data on the whole market, make evident that the commercial properties sector has entered a phase of returning recovery.
Tajfun at Europolis Park Blonie
Modern storage space will be used by Tajfun as a cold store for vegetables and fruits. The tenant will occupy almost 4,000 m² of cold storage space and about 500 m² of office space in the modern warehouse facility Europolis Park Blonie. The new warehouse will also provide full services in storage and co-packing of products. Commencement date is planned for July 2011.
"As our company grows, we have started searching for modern space in the Warsaw area," says Grzegorz Mularczyk, owner of Tajfun. "We will use the leased space as a central storage for the Warsaw region".

It is located at Blonie, 25 km to the west of Warsaw, by the expressway E-30, providing the option of flexible distribution on the Warsaw and national market.
