PointPark Properties (P3) is building on its successes from the turn of the year. In Germany, the Netherlands and Spain, the P3 German team leased out more than 95,000 m² of warehouse space in the first quarter of 2012.
In Germany, P3 signed a two-year lease extension with NEX, the existing tenant at Bedburg Park. NEX leases the entire warehouse, amounting to 33,364 m². P3 secured another lease with Panopa, which took 1,125 m² at P3's Delta Forum Park.
The existing clients at Hallbergmoos Park, Barth Spedition (4,689 m²) and Emons Logistics (1,899 m²), extended their leases by three and two years respectively and DocData entered the Park as a new tenant, leasing 1,842 m² of warehouse space from May 1, 2012.
In the Netherlands, P3 has leased 2,755 m² of warehouse space at the Westpoint Park to a new client Teva Pharma.
In Spain, P3 secured a new lease with ND Logistics for 9,906 m² of warehouse space starting in May 2012. The company also occupies 12,235 m² at the Fontanar Park.
