Successful placement of a €700 million bond for Unibail-Rodamco (FR)

Unibail-Rodamco SE announces that it has successfully placed a 10-year bond maturing June 2023 for a total amount of €700 million.

The bond will offer a fixed coupon of 2.50%. The placement was 1.6 times oversubscribed, the order book reaching over €1.1 billion.

This placement confirms the confidence of bond investors in Unibail-Rodamco’s credit profile. The net proceeds from the bond will strengthen the liquidity of the Group.

Unibail-Rodamco is rated A (stable outlook) by Standard & Poor’s and FitchRatings.
