On Tuesday 8th June 2010 the 6th edition of PROVADA, THE Dutch Real Estate Exhibition, started in the RAI Exhibition Centre, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Already on the first day, more than 5,810 visitors registered which is in line with the visitor number during the first day of PROVADA in 2009.
Peter Schreuter, Commercial Director of PROVADA says: our expectations for this year are high. When the economic situation puts the real estate sector under pressure, it is more important than ever, that market players meet on their home market in an inspiring atmosphere in order to find solutions to together tackle the challenges and share best practices and success stories. In combination with a very strong conference program, PROVADA attracts all Dutch public and private organizations to Amsterdam for 3 days, as well as international visitors who do business in the Netherlands or aim to do so in the near future.
Green Forum and Health Forum
The Green Forum, which was already introduced in former years as part of the PROVADA exhibition and conference program on Sustainability, organized 2 high level sessions with topics such as Sustainable Financing and New Developments opposite Existing- Re Developments (what is sustainable AND affordable ?).
The newly introduced Health Forum had an impressing kick off session with Michael Braungart who explained the Cradle to Cradle concept in healthcare and hospital management.
Today and tomorrow PROVADA is expected to match the visitor numbers of 2009, while also introducing the Retail Forum into the conference program
