New figures published by the Stec Group show that the number of new companies setting up their offices in the Netherlands have decreased substantially.
During the first six months of 2002 only three new foreign companies have opened up their offices in the Netherlands (2001: 10, 2000: 14).
Expansion was only realized by two foreign companies, whereas in the previous two years on average 20 companies per annum expanded its operations in the Netherlands.
