The management board of Rodamco Asia N.V. announces that the number of dividend rights entitling shareholders to one new share has been fixed today at 23.
Based on the average of the closing prices of 28 June 2002 and the four preceding business days amounting to EUR 17.28, 1/23 represents a value of EUR 0.751.
Payment of the dividend and distribution of the shares on account of the conversion of dividend rights will take place as of 5 July 2002.
