Stendörren acquires 1,500 apartments (SE)

Swedish private property company Stendörren, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has purchased five properties with over 1,500 apartments located in Husby in Stockholm's western outskirts from Swedish listed property company Wallenstam for SEK 875 million (approx. €98 million).

The properties have been held by Wallenstam since 1996.



The properties have been held by Wallenstam since 1996 and have undergone refurbishment and development. A program for energy saving has been implemented including geothermal heating.
