St Francis Group has completed its latest development – Cransley Park in Kettering. Situated immediately adjacent to junction 8 of the A14 in Kettering, Cransley Park is a prime new 270,000ft² business park development situated on a 22-acre gateway site. It comprises of five grade A specification industrial/warehouse units from 25,000ft² up to 100,000ft².
The completed units are being offered for both lease and purchase and have been designed to a high specification to achieve the BREEAM Very Good and EPC ‘A’ rating. The units feature 50K/n floor loading, service yards of up to 50 metres, 8- 12m eaves height, a mixture of dock levellers and level access doors, and high-quality office accommodation.
