Sponda Plc has today signed a contract to purchase a logistics property from the Lutheran Parish Union of Helsinki for some 17 million. It is planned to complete the transaction on 23 November 2007.
The property, located at Tulppatie 1 in the Roihupelto district of Helsinki, has altogether about 11,100 m² of leasable warehouse, production and office premises. The entire property is leased to a single tenant.
