Sponda floats 100m notes (FI)

Sponda will issue notes with a maximum nominal amount of EUR 100 million for the purpose of financing future investments and developing the company’s capital structure.

The subscription period for the 1/2005 and 2/2005 notes begins on 30 March 2005 and ends on 5 April 2005. Both notes, totalling EUR 100 million, will be issued on 8 April 2005. The loan period has provisionally been set at five (5) years and the bond will be repaid in one instalment on the due date at a rate of 100%. The first notes carry a floating rate coupon and the second a fixed coupon. The nominal interest rates of the notes will be defined later.

The lead manager in the issue is OKOBANK Osuuspankkien Keskuspankki Oyj. The notes will be listed on the Helsinki Exchanges.
