Kari Kolu, President and CEO of Sponda Plc, will move to Renor Oy, a company he partly owns, during spring 2005. The Board of Directors has agreed with Mr Kolu that he will continue as the President and CEO of Sponda until the new CEO has been appointed and taken up his duties.
“Kari Kolu has done valuable work in Sponda since the foundation of the company. We regret that he has chosen to leave Sponda but want to wish him good luck and success in his new responsibilities,” says the Chairman of the Board, Anssi Soila.
“I am an entrepreneur at heart and Renor Oy offers me a new and interesting possibility in that particular field. I have reached the point in my life where I wish to work for myself,” says Kari Kolu.
