The first speculative industrial development to be started in Slovakia since before the financial crisis has been announced. Karimpol, the leading CEE commercial real estate developer, has started the next phase of their highly successful Bratislava Logistics Park in Senec, near Bratislava Slovakia.
The new building offers 37,000 m² of the highest quality modern logistics, warehousing and light industrial space.
Peter Bahnik, Head of Customer Relations at Karimpol Slovakia, said, "We are delighted to be starting on-site this month. This new state-of-the-art logistics building is integrated into the fully let 68,000-m² Bratislava Logistics Park.
Karimpol is the first company to restart speculative industrial development in Slovakia after almost four years, which shows our confidence in the Slovakian market. The new space will be available for occupation from mid-2012. We are pleased to have secured Modesta and CBRE as joint exclusive agents."
Bratislava Logistics Park is located adjacent to the D1 (E75) motorway within the established and highly successful Senec area. The E75 provides access to Bratislava, Slovakia and wider Central and Eastern Europe. The new phase is located adjacent to the existing first two phases, which total 68,000 m² and are fully let.
Tom England, Managing Director of joint exclusive agents Modesta said, "The Slovakian manufacturing and logistics sectors have been waiting a long time for the first new development since the crisis. We have an excellent relationship with Karimpol and CBRE from previous projects together and are very pleased to be working with them again."
