Roebuck Asset Management has acquired a logistics warehouse in Dobroviz, Prague, on behalf of a South Korean institutional investor. The 125,000m² purpose-built modern facility is let to Amazon until 2030 and boasts BREEAM Excellent rating. The asset is located in the immediate vicinity of Vaclav Havel International Airport in Prague, offering excellent transport links both into the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries.
