The Austrian Soravia Group through its Romanian subsidiary BANAT Construct S.R.L. will construct a modern business center opposite the subway station Mihai Bravu in Bucharest, directly on Mihai Bravu blvd.

The building complex will provide approx 66,000 m² of office space over 16 floors, approx 4,000 m² of retail space on the ground floor with shopping possibilities such as a large-scale supermarket, food court and more; as well as car parking spaces on four underground levels.
The project will be co-financed by the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group.
Construction will start in the second half of 2009. The entire project is due to completion at the end of 2011.
